Si vous n'avez pas reçu votre plan de repas, vérifiez d'abord votre dossier Spam/Courrier indésirable. Si vous ne trouvez toujours pas votre plan de repas, il est possible que vous ayez mal orthographié votre e-mail. Envoyez-nous votre e-mail et le pays dans lequel vous avez acheté votre plan de repas et nous résoudrons le problème.
QUAND VAIS-JE RECEVOIR MON PLAN DE REPAS ?
Vous devriez recevoir votre plan de repas immédiatement après le paiement. Veuillez vérifier votre dossier Spam/Courrier indésirable et si vous ne le trouvez pas, contactez-nous.

TROP DE CALORIES
Don’t worry about the calorie intake, the meal plan is calculated properly based on your body type and daily activity. If you reduce too many calories at once, that can cause health problems. It is not about eating less, but eating properly. You have the right meal plan low in carbs but high in protein.
QUE PUIS-JE BOIRE PENDANT MON JEÛNE ?
You can drink plenty of water, of course. We recommend you to add salt in it to keep the electrolyte balance in your body. You can also drink green tea/most herbal teas. Carbonated water is also permitted.
EST-CE QUE LES BCAA ROMPENT LE JEÛNE ? PUIS-JE LES BOIRE PENDANT MON JEÛNE OU EN M’ENTRAÎNANT A JEUN?
Yes, BCAA Do Break a fast! NO, you CAN'T drink them during your fast or while training fasted. Branched-chained amino acids are the building blocks of protein, they DO Have caloric value, so when you drink them, you are technically eating.
5 REPAS, C'EST TROP PAR RAPPORT A MA PÉRIODE DE JEÛNE. QUE DEVRAIS-JE FAIRE ?
You can combine Meal 1 with meal 3, i. e., or Meal 3 with Meal 5 and eat them at once, if you wish. If you are training, eat the biggest meals after your workout.
PUIS-JE M’ENTRAÎNER EN JEÛNANT ?
Yes, in fact training fasted is great in terms of fat loss!
QUAND? WHICH MEAL TO SKIP?
It’s pretty simple. Just have your last meal i.e. at 9 p.m. and stop eating until 13 p.m. the next day. If you want to eat earlier, just have your last meal earlier in the day. However, we recommend you to skip the breakfast and have your first meal later in the day.
IS IT ALLOWED TO EAT FRUITS?
Yes, fruits are part of your healthy regimen. You can choose which fruits to be included in your diet when you're filling the quiz.
